Setting: Poland, 1940s

While reading this play I saw the town people becoming animals in their hardship. This reminded me of my country's history and its problems. Therefore I combined my vision of post-war Poland with Greek Mythology, which was included in the text, while compering the main character to Clotho, the Spinner of the Thread of Life. This mesh up created a vision based on realism and fantasy.
